BiographyFrank Tsao was born and educated in Shanghai and graduated from St John's College in 1945. He survived the war years in Shanghai, living in the international concession with his parents. Tsao came to Hong Kong in 1946 and established an office in Pedder Building. He is also the co-founder of the Great Southern Steamship Company Ltd. and International Maritime Carriers, Ltd.
