BiographyJohn Hale Stutesman was born in Washington D.C., United States in 1920 and attended Princeton University. He joined the Reserve Officer Training Corps and fought in the Italian Campaign in the Field Artillery Unit. Stutesman served as Vice Consul at the Consulate General in Shanghai from 1945 to 1949.
