BiographyBorn in Shanghai in 1933, Steve Hsu experienced the Second World War in Shanghai and Ningbo before moving to Hong Kong and establishing a foothold in the Hong Kong shipping business. Hsu was educated in Taiwan and the United States. At the time of the interview Hsu was working for Oak Maritime.
