Biography黃加樂於1950年代加入漁農處，主要負責幫助元朗十八鄉一帶有需要的農民。劉羅淑蠶一家於1950年代末隨潮州鄉里遷居元朗大棠以務農為生，曾得到漁農處及嘉道理農業輔助會的幫忙。劉和新是劉羅淑蠶長子。
Wong Ka-lok joined the Agriculture and Fisheries Department in 1946 and retired in 1986. Lau Law Suk-cham and her late husband moved to Yuen Long in the 1950s and were recipients of the Kadoorie Agricultural Aid Association's assistance. Lau Wo-sun is the son of Lau Law Suk-cham, and had previously worked at the Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden.
