Recollect, We Collect: Treasures of Hong Kong’s Transit Legacy

Transport eliminates geographical borders, connecting the public traversing the land to new perspectives and experiences. With over a century of history, Peak Tram, Tram, Star Ferry and motor cars have shaped the cityscape of Hong Kong and established themselves as important tourism icons.
In this exhibition, through the display of select collectibles from three avid collectors Mr Alan Cheung, Mr Michael Lee and Mr Andrew Ng, and photographs from The Hong Kong Heritage Project Archive, we showcase the development and application of these icons and celebrate their enduring beauty, the collective memories associated with them, and the spirit that mobility represents – discovery, adventure and courage.
Time: 10am to 6pm (Closed on Mondays, Thursdays and Public Holidays)
Location: Our Home, Our History Gallery, 1/F, CLP Pulse (147 Argyle Street, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon)

Guided Tour
Right after “Our Home ∙ Our History” and “Traces of Human Touch” tour which starts at 3:30pm, a free Cantonese guided tour (lasts about 15-20 mins)
will be available on Wednesdays and Sundays at 4:30pm. Interested parties please gather outside 1/F Cafe. No advance booking required.
回憶藏珍：香港交通瑰寶

交通運輸打破地理界限，讓大眾體驗不同的地域角度和經歷。經過逾一世紀的發展，山頂纜車、電車、天星小輪和汽車塑造了香港的城市面貌，是香港重要的旅遊標誌。
香港社會發展回顧項目全新專題展覽，透過收藏家張順光先生、李世業先生及吳嘉輝先生的各式藏品和檔案庫的照片檔案，展示這些旅遊標誌的發展和應用，讓大家欣賞它們恆久不變的魅力、與之相關的珍貴集體回憶，以及流動性代表的精神 — 探索、冒險和勇氣。
時間：上午 10:00 – 下午 6:00 （星期一、四及公眾假期休館）
地點：中電鐘樓文化館一樓「我家故事」展廳 （九龍何文田亞皆老街147號）

導賞
逢星期三及星期日下午4:30特設專題展覽免費廣東話公眾導賞(為時15-20分鐘)，緊接下午3:30開始的「我家故事」及「人為 ∙ 非遺」導賞團，
集合地點為中電鐘樓文化館一樓咖啡店外，無需預約，歡迎即場參加。
