Upgraded Website and Online Catalogue Launched 加強版網站和網上目錄登場

The Hong Kong Heritage Project (HKHP) has recently updated its website and online catalogue to further facilitate research and the discovery of Hong Kong history!

As HKHP’s archives grew in size and forms over the years, we have been striving to improve navigation of the enriched collections. The revamped online catalogue makes digitised photographs, oral history interviews and other audio-visual materials all searchable under one roof. Discovery becomes more intuitive with enhanced linkage between related items across different material types and collections. 

For sure you won’t miss the featured collections showcased on the landing page, or the popular images thematically arranged in the dedicated “Photograph” section.

HKHP will continue to make more historical materials available online, refine metadata, and add new discovery tools in an effort to open up new learning opportunities and research avenues for everyone.

隨著藏品數量增加，檔案格式類型日漸多元，項目致力改善搜尋和使用藏品的途徑。新的網上目錄可讓使用者一站式搜尋數碼化的照片、 口述歷史、其他影音和文件檔案。連結亦清晰明白，發掘跨類型、跨系列的資料更為容易。

登臨新網站首頁便可欣賞專題藏品精選；項目最受歡迎的歷史相片系列，則在「相片」專頁分享，方便探索。

香港社會發展回顧項目繼續將史資數碼化，完善描述，增添新的搜尋方法，為大衆提供更多學習資源，並開闢新的研究路向。
