Biography黃權威在廣州出生，兒時隨父母來香港。1980年代初加入父親公司工作，1993年接手管理父親的大光明工程及顧問有限公司。受訪時黃是中電西九龍深水埗客戶諮詢委員會主席。
William Wong Kuen-wai was born in Guangzhou and came to Hong Kong to reside in Sham Shui Po at a young age. Wong took over his father's engineering and consultancy company in 1993. He is also the Chairman of the Sham Shui Po CLP Local Customer Advisory Committee at the time of the interview.
