BiographyJack Vlastelica was born in Pennsylvania, United States and received his Finance degree from the Penn. State University. His first permanent job was with ExxonMobil. Vlastelica came to Hong Kong in 1992 to work as an auditor for the Exxon - China Light (CLP) Partnership. He retired in 2002 and has since moved back to the United States.
