Biography鶴佬、蜑家、圍頭和客家人是香港「四大民系」。受訪者蘇明是第四代的香港鶴佬漁民，梁金福是第三代的本地蜑家漁民，而梁廣熔則從事捕魚業多年，資歷豐富。
So Ming, Leung Kam-fook and Leung Kwong-yung were fisherman residing in the New Territories at the time of the interview. So Ming is a fourth generation Hoklo fisherman, while Leung Kam-fook is of Tanka heritage.
