Biography蘇仲平在油麻地出生，熱心區為公益，四十多年前開始參與尖沙咀街坊福利會事務。他一直在油尖區居住，見證區內多年來的變遷。受訪時為尖沙咀街坊福利會理事長。
So Chung-ping was born in Hong Kong and had lived in the Yau Ma Tei and Tsim Sha Tsui districts all his life. So was serving as Chairman of the Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association at the time of the interview.
