Biography林惠龍於香港出生，年幼便返國內生活，畢業後任教師，之後決定回港發展，在尖沙咀重慶大廈經營賓館生意，並於1990年代開始參與重慶大廈管理事宜，曾多次出任大廈法團主席。
Lam Wai-lung was born in Hong Kong and grew up in China. Lam later returned to Hong Kong and started her hostel business. She was Chairman of Chungking Mansions Incorporated Owners at the time of the interview.
