BiographyRichard Fung was born and raised in Hong Kong, and was educated at the Hong Kong Technical College (today's Hong Kong Polytechnic University). He started work in 1979 as a mechanical engineer and later joined the Hong Kong Engineering & Construction Company in 1985. At the time of the interview, Richard was the Building Manager of St. George's Building.
