Biography陳志誠在1961年開始在蘇屋邨居住，至1993年透過居者有其屋計劃搬到深水埗居屋。他於1979年開始社區工作，1980年代曾出任深水埗區議員和深水埗居民聯會理事長。
Chan Chi-sing moved to So Uk Estate in 1961 and in 1993 became a private homeowner in the Sham Shui Po area in 1993 through the Home Ownership Scheme. He has been involved with social work since 1979 and had served as Sham Shui Po District Council Member and President of the Sham Shui Po District Residents Association in the 1980s.
