BiographyTse Sik-yan was born in Hong Kong in the late 1940s to a family of building and construction business owners. Tse grew up in a historical building on Ship Street in Wanchai. The family home was eventually possessed by the Urban Renewal Council. Mr Tse is an eminent Hong Kong educator.
