Biography李鵬飛1970年代任安培泛達電子廠總經理，1978年任立法局議員，1988年成為首席立法局議員，1985年獲委任為行政局議員，1993年成立自由黨，並任主席。1998年退休。
Allen Lee Peng-fei was an industrialist and the first Chinese General Manager ever appointed at Ampex. Lee later moved on to become a Legislative Council member and Executive Council member of Hong Kong. Lee also founded the Liberal Party in 1993. He retired in 1998.
