Biography高德泰在天津小漁村出生，自幼家貧，當時中國戰火連年，遂於1950年隻身來港，於1969年跟朋友合資開設證券所，受訪時為勝利證券有限公司董事長兼業務負責人。
Kuo Tak-tai was born in Tianjin in 1917 and fled to Hong Kong in 1950 due to the famine in China after the war. He is the co-founder of Victory Securities Company Limited, a stock exchange and securities firm established in Hong Kong in 1969.
