BiographyEric Fomil was born in Shanghai at the beginning of the Japanese occupation to Russian parents. The Fomil family immigrated to Australia in 1950. Fomil later joined the family business importing textiles and toys, and was living in San Francisco with his wife, Sharon at the time of the interview.
