Biography范錦平於1976-2004年退休前任深水埗廠商會中學校長。他在1980年代曾擔任多項公職，包括深水埗區議會議員、市政局議員等。
John Fan Kam-ping was the Principal of CMA Secondary School in Sham Shui Po from 1976 till his retirement in 2004. Fan also served as member of the Sham Shui Po District Council and Urban Council in the 1980s.
