The exhibition told the story of the various landmarks along the Tsim Sha Tsui and Hung Hom waterfront, including CLP’s Hok Un Power Station, the Cross Harbour Tunnel, Whampoa Dockyard, and the Peninsula Hotel, which in turn told the wider history of Hong Kong’s social and economic development. The exhibition featured historical documents and photos from the HKHP Archive as well as props which lent themselves to the waterfront theme.
